Hi, Debbie...I was googling Henry Custer Bissell and found your blog. I notice his daughter/your grandmother, ,Emmie Lou was born in Howard Co. Ark. That's where I'm from. I am a Bissell and my dad, his dad/brother was born in Howard County Ar. My dad is John D Bissell, his dad Walter Anderson Bissell...Walter's brother is Henry Anderson Bissell. Their dad was William Shelton Bissell (1866-1941), William's dad was Henry Bissell (1838-1902). I think William and your granddad Hendry Custer were half brothers according to my records.
